Best trading journal for prop firm traders
There's no single best journal; the right one depends on budget and whether you want a free tier, AI feedback, or psychology tracking. Below is each journal's published pricing, with the date we checked and a link to the pricing page.

What matters for prop traders specifically
- Import from your platform. Most prop accounts run on Tradovate, Rithmic or a firm platform (see Tradovate vs Rithmic). Confirm the journal imports from yours before paying — check its broker list.
- Multiple accounts. If you copy trades across several evaluations, you'll want per-account tagging and filtering.
- Daily P&L view. Useful for tracking the consistency rule.
- Free options. Tradervue and TradesViz publish free tiers.
